Greeknhi EM series electric mobile screw air compressor offers an improved alternative to competitors combo systems by allowing full flexibility on pressure and flow regulation.The variable system is able to easily provide the exact pressure required when needed between 18-35 bar (261-510 psi).It can also be set to provide a fully regulated flow output of up to 673 l/s (1500 cfm).
Easy maintenance
As there are few vulnerable parts for the Greenair portable rotary screw electric air compressor, it is more reliable and durable with intervals between compressor overhauls up to 40,000-80,000 hours.
Split type
With the air end and motor connected by highly flexible coupling, the drive efficient of the air compressor is greatly improved, making it easier to install and dismantle.
High efficiency air end
A twin rotary screw air end is designed with a large rotor, which can produce a large air volume. It also uses SKF bearings, ensuring the compressor has a longer service life.
Thermostatic valve
High efficiency thermostatic valve,effectively control the temperature enter the air end,protect the air end.
Intelligent control system
An intelligent control system uses an RS communication interface, making it convenient for computer remote control. As it is highly automated, the control system can achieve unattended operation, thus avoiding the need for extensive operator training.
